We’re a Berlin-based, remote-first SaaS start-up, providing market intelligence solutions to the Automotive industry. As we enter an exciting new phase for the company, we’re looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development to strengthen our international team.

  • As part of the leadership team, you develop & implement the company’s Sales strategy, in line with our growth ambitions

  • Leading and developing a small team and growing the team as the business scales

  • Manage sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities

  • Actively approach and convert targeted business clients and develop partnerships

  • Represent our company at clients and events, based on a deep understanding of the market, our clients’ needs and our offering

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, meeting their needs and helping them achieve their business goals

  • Help us develop new products and services based on your in-depth understanding of (new or existing) customers’ needs and market trends 

  • Leverage data to create and deliver meaningful insights to our customers

  • Create meaningful Sales pitches and contribute to our B2B marketing strategy

  • Define, monitor and own key metrics to measure business success

  • Monitor & share market & competitive trends 

  • High-potential with 4+ years of relevant experience in sales / business development 

  • Track record of exceptional performance & impact delivered

  • Excellent analytical skills and strong ability to work with data 

  • Fast learner with strong communications skills who loves taking on new challenges

  • Team player, down-to-earth, pragmatic personality with a hands-on approach

  • Familiar with standard CRM, collaboration and office applications

  • Excellent English and ideally also German language skills

  • Strong understanding, experience and network in the Automotive aftermarket in Europe would be an advantage 

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, Big Data, or Pricing as a plus 

  • A great work atmosphere within a small, talented team
